        1. Call and find out consultation days and hours. Days and hours vary depending on the department.
      2. At the reception, you will be asked to present your Japanese Health Insurance Card. If you have no Japanese Health Insurance, indicate it to the receptionist.
      3. Then you’ll be asked to fill out a questionnaire form. It’s in Japanese because Japanese staffs need to understand. But, don’t worry. English speaking staff will help you fill it out.

      5. After filling out necessary documents, you’ll be asked to wait for your turn to see the doctor. You may have to wait a long time when there are many patients.
      6. Consultation with the doctor will be carried out with or without interpreter depending on the doctor.
      7. After the consultation, you’ll be directed to various tests which will be conducted on different floors. You may be required to come back later dates for some medical tests or imaging.
      8. You’ll be given another appointment date to see the doctor to find test results and diagnosis.
      9. After all procedures are done, you’ll go back to the reception area and wait for your bill to be ready. Your name will be called to pay for the bill.
